Before you start

• I am authorised to act for your company and to accept these statements for it.
• I will register only websites that I own or control, and I will keep each site's privacy and cookie notices accurate, including the ads, partners and measurement described in the Pivt integration guide.
• I am responsible for obtaining my visitors' consent through my own consent platform. I will report consent to Pivt (window.PivtConsent) as true only after a visitor has freely given it for that specific purpose, and as false when it is withdrawn.
• I understand that Pivt counts ads served, viewed and clicked as daily totals and keeps them for 12 months, does not store visitor IP addresses or user agents, and keeps invoices I create as accounting records.
• I will use each affiliate or advertising program in line with that program's own terms (for example, Amazon Associates requires direct links), and I understand Pivt's guidance is a summary and not legal advice.
• I will not remove, hide or rename the labels and affiliate or commission statements Pivt shows with a placement, and I will not describe paid or affiliate placements to visitors as anything else. I will not alter, proxy or disguise Google AdSense code, and I will use Amazon product images and prices only as Amazon's own tools or API provide them.
• I understand that serving placements from my own domain, neutral names, fallbacks and server-side placement are technical choices that do not change what I must disclose to visitors or what each program's terms allow.
• I understand that ad blockers and similar plugins can stop a placement from loading at all, so Pivt's counts cover only visitors whose browsers loaded it and can be lower than my real audience, and that ads placed directly on a site without Pivt are not tracked by Pivt. I will not give advertisers these figures as complete audience numbers.
• I will invite only people I am entitled to give access to, and I will remove them when they no longer need it.
• I understand that Pivt processes my account details (name, email, sign-in and activity records) as described in its privacy notice.
• The service is free for 2 months from sign-up. After the trial it costs $19.99 per website per month (US dollars) unless a promo code or an administrator has reduced or waived it.
• The charge is for each active website I have registered, and always for at least one. If I add a website, or switch one off, my charge changes from that point and Stripe prorates the difference. Three active websites cost three times the price above.
• To keep ads serving after the trial I must add a card on Stripe's secure page. Pivt does not see or store my card number. I can cancel at any time in the portal or the billing page; I keep access until the end of the period I paid for, and nothing already paid is refunded.
• If a payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while it is retried, then ads stop serving until the payment is fixed. My data is kept.
• This service is offered to businesses in the United States and Canada. I confirm that I am signing up from, and my billing address is in, one of them.
• Pivt can change the price for new billing periods after giving notice. A promo code applies only as it was described when I entered it.
